Intelligent and honest
Lawyers being lawyers, I've found it hard to find a podcast where the host just lays out reality honestly, and then adds on intelligent commentary. For some reason they think all topics boil down to a debate that they need to win instead of acknowledging reality is complex and multifaceted. These guys aren't perfect. They definitely have prejudices they anchor to, but they don't try to gaslight you into joining some agenda. And unfortunately, that's unique, refreshing, and worthy of 5 stars in this day and age.Read full review »

Dan and Will bring the listener along with their contemplations about many issues facing the Court. Their serious analysis is impressive and not shrill.
