Love this podcast
If you want to keep up with the latest happenings at the Supreme Court, get a 360-degree view of the term’s big opinions, and understand the “inside baseball” of appellate litigation, this podcast is for you. I have personally enjoyed listening to Professors Baude and Epps’ podcast on long walks, thinking through the work of the Court and staying up-to-date with the decisions. The combined knowledge between the two of them allows them to speak fluently (and interestingly) on a whole host of topics, including federal courts, criminal procedure, separation of powers, constitutional law, and other important areas. As a rising third-year law student, I could not imagine a better or more fun way to keep abreast of tne Court’s current term this summer while on break from school. I hope Professors Baude and Epps continue their great podcasting!

This is the Supreme Court podcast you have been looking for. Dan and Will have accomplished what few can. They have the expertise to educate and the personality to amuse. Highly recommend.

The chemistry between the hosts is part of what makes a good podcast, and there’s very little here. Worth listening to if there’s a...Read full review »
