Promising Podcast
I love the premise of this podcast so it definitely shows a lot of promise! However, the host needs to study how the hosts of other podcasts deliver scripted content. There’s a rhythm they all use where they say 3-4 words, pause briefly, say 3-4 more words, etc. Listen to Sarah Koenig on Serial, you’ll hear what I’m referring to. This type of delivery gives the host the opportunity to add inflection to their reading and the listener time to process the information. Also, the background music on the continual loop is maddening and made my brain feel all itchy lol. Having said that, I will keep listening because this topic is fascinating and I feel like the host will improve with time!

I couldn’t listen. The narration is so bad . She’s just reading from a piece of paper with no emotion and very little inflection.
