Doing breath meditation ends sometimes up being dry and out of oomph, then try the advice of the Buddha. This talk is about the importance of joy, happiness and rapture for the development of deep meditation and wisdom. In the end of the talk, Ajahn Nitho also mentions some alternative meditations to help kindle these beatiful mental states during meditation of breathing.
