“Of course the tag line is my own personal opinion, but this is the companion podcast about my favorite TV show that I've wanted for years. Verity is a show hosted by women, but it's definitely not for women only. As a man, I never feel alienated based on my gender. I do find an underlying current of kindness, decency, and consideration that I wish more podcasts would take note of. Everyone is highly knowledgeable about Doctor Who, with a wide ranging variety of tastes and opinions. I'm also pleased that when they discuss Classic Who, it piques my interest and encourages me to seek out episodes to watch without making me feel lost and confused. In response to some of the negative reviews: I've listened to almost the entire archive and the sound quality is great. Also, Liz is downright awesome and a pleasure to hear. She manages to be haughty, pretentious, and condescending without a drop of ill will coming through her lovely Scottish accent.
