A wealth of information
DoR hits the sweet spot between informed product reviews and the clinical science supporting (or not) different shoe choices. They also bring in a good variety of guests from coaching, training and industry perspectives. If you’re tired of overly simplified shoe reviews, e.g. “overpronators need posts!”, but don’t have the inclination to read studies, give this team a shot.

Out of all the running shoe podcasts out there, this one always proves the most helpful. It’s got science, honest thoughts, and so many helpful tips when it comes to not just shoes but running health in general.
