A must listen for runners
A great podcast if you’re a runner and curious about the bio-mechanics of running, injuries, rehab, physiotherapy and running shoes. The guys have their own experience of cover lots of different issues and it’s great that they reinforce the idea that you need to find what works for you, just because someone else (or an elite runner) uses a specific shoe or trains a certain way it doesn’t mean it will work for you. This mantra has helped me find things that really work for my running. Thank you DoR!

Anyone who runs, whether it be just a few miles here or there or training for marathons, should listen to this podcast! Learning the science of what we put on our feet is so great, and learning how to treat and/or avoid injury helps immensely. Shoes are tools!

The folks at Doctors of Running do a phenomenal job of explaining how different footwear impacts different running mechanics. The shoe reviews are very helpful. They also give a lot of practical advice for running injuries and how to become a more informed runner.
