More than it seems
Interviews are excellent. Starts off with senior leader reading but it’s so much more than that. These short and insightful episodes are packed with gems about leadership and life. A perfect commute or exercise pod to get some diverse knowledge. Keep up the great work!

Good Prof Dev
I feel like I’ve become a better officer listening to the podcast. My favorite part is hearing what everyone’s reading. I wish the show notes had what each person recommended though.
