“I have really enjoyed Dr. Bubbs' podcast and have had the pleasure of meeting him in person and having him help me improve my health. I was instantly hooked when I read the Paleo Project, and even more so, when I took a nutritional workshop ran by Dr. Bubbs.
His podcast should be listened to by all health and wellness practioners. The content is always of the highest quality, because he has such great guests who are humble despite being at the top of their respective fields.
Whether it is his layups or the content of the episode itself, I am always left with real world strategies of how to better improve my health which I see always as a continuum that can always improve. And even more important to me, it has really helped me with my clients' succeeding towards a healthier lifestyle.
This podcast really does not need me trying to convince anyone of its worth, I just think all you have to do is listen to one episode and you will understand for yourself why I am so grateful for it and why I believe more people need to know about it.
