Harsh but typically right on the money.
It is telling that most reviews are either 1-star or 5-star. . . polar opposites of an audience that "gets it" or not. Those of you calling her a racist or a homophobe? I have yet to hear proof of it. She doles out advice to gay and lesbian couples and evaluates individuals by their behaviors — not by the color of their skin or religious beliefs. Having said that, her comfort zone is one Mommy, one Daddy and children conceived and born AFTER marriage. Why? Not because she's a right wing republican, but because statistically this is what produced healthy, happy kids. She was a tough pill to swallow in my 20's, but I have come to admire and respect her as I have matured.Read full review »

I have a great life today because I listen to Dr. Laura. She has helped many people and she doesn't teach bigotry, that's ridiculous. I hope she will be around for many years to come.Read full review »
