Tyrosine is a non essential AA made from Phenylanaline, in fact if Phenylanaline is not converted to Tyrosine results into accumulation of Phenyl ketones (neurotoxic- causes mental retardation) known as - PKU( phenylketoneurea). btw I love your podcast !!!!

I think this podcast is very interesting. Especially to me because I’m a nursing major in college which helps me a ton with learning new information. I like how it’s a nice way to learn a lot of information but is still fun so it’s entertaining at the same time.

The absolute best medical podcast. Easy to understand/follow delivery. Very thorough yet not overwhelming so meaningful to both medical and non medical listeners. Good sense of humour and interaction between the hosts makes for informative and pleasant listening.
