I often refer to solo travel as “the quickest form of therapy” because of all the lessons I learned about myself, some seemingly overnight! One of the biggest was to always trust my intuition (AKA inner voice, higher self, etc.). As a solo traveler, I made it a point to never question my intuition — and by never, I do mean never ever.
