New to the Archers
I’ve only just started listening to the Archers - I got fed up with listening to the same 1980s music on the drive to work so started on podcasts. A friend (big shout out to Munro-bagging-Jools) had in the past recommended The Archers and now I’m hooked. But it’s so confusing! Who is Jakob? What terrible things have happened to Kirsty? Why is that farm woman so obsessed with a drill? I need help decoding this and luckily Jacqueline and Roifield at DumTeeDum are helping me fill in the gaps. It’s a great podcast and I look forward to DumTeeDum as much as I do to the Archers itself. Five stars!

This brilliantly put together podcast is so witty it will have you laughing out loud. The people around me as I listen think I'm a little bit crazy as I try to stifle my giggles.Read full review »

Sit yourself down with a celebratory scone or a pint of Shires and give this wonderful podcast a listen. If you're an avid fan of The Archers you will love this lively, witty discussion that gets all the listeners involved, if you will love it all the same. Just remember, never startle a llama.Read full review »

The highlight of my listening week. A very amusing summary of the life and times of Britain's darkest village. Lucy is delightfully bonkers and Roifield is the master chairman. Results in confused looks from my fellow passengers on the Singapore metro.Read full review »
