Rasheda Kamaria Williams is an engaging and empathic speaker and social entrepreneur with a passion for helping youth and youth advocates realize their power. She is the author of “Be EmPOWERed: How to Live Above & Beyond Life’s Drama” as well as the founder and chief empowering officer for Empowered Flower Girl, a social enterprise on a mission to transform the way young people relate to one another and themselves. Over the past 15+ years, Rasheda has been laser-focused on making a difference in the lives of children and teens as a youth advocate, girl power enthusiast and mentoring program consultant.  Her passion and advocacy work have earned Empowered Flower Girl numerous accolades, including Kumon North America’s “Impact Award” and SASHE’s “Top 10 Companies for Women and Girls.” In 2019, Rasheda was named one of “29 Inspirational Female Entrepreneurs Who Are Positively Impacting the World” and featured in Exeleon Magazine as one of “15 Dynamic Entrepreneurs of 2020.” In 2021, MentHer Magazine featured Rasheda in its “Top 20 Social Impact Founders” list.
