“Ok - I rarely write review but this podcast is terrible. The information is poorly informed, super basic (ie anyone who is smart enough to sign up knows this stuff). And soooo promotional - Again, the normals stuff, but in the middle of a discussion he’ll start talking about hair loss (?) and then “natural” supplements that you can order. It’s not until the sell part do you realize its a commercial. Very underwhelmed.”
