Fun interview! Sound information
I loved getting to hear Dr Fuhrman’s history on how he became so passionate about nutrition ... and he still is just as 🔥fired up! If you’re taking requests for Podcasts, I’d love to hear how his daughters handled being raised eating differently from their friends, and what is the best way to inspire our 20ish year old daughters to eat for health. My hubby and I are WFPB vegan, and they are vegetarian, but the processed food and hanging out with friends poses challenges at that age. Thank you for a fab interview, and I’m looking forward to the next one 🌼💛!
