“Until recently, I hadn’t realised it can be difficult to stay in touch with research once we start teaching (I'm studying to become a teacher at the moment). This confused me, since we are supposed to use 'evidence-based practice' - yet we are likely to be disconnected from the evidence?
I'm not as worried now though, this podcast will help me to stay in touch with research trends and ideas even as I begin my career. I like the questioning, the varied perspectives and the idea that researchers guide us to what they feel is most important in their work. All good things!
