I did the pt 2 activity (I’ve tried to “center” myself in the past but was unsuccessful… maybe I was more willing this time bc it actually helped me identify where I feel the anxiety/sadness/embarrassment w.e emotions in my body) & pt 3 gives actionable suggestions that can be used to explore & heal. I’ve been taking notes on them. You’re doing great work !”
