“Elsies classes are great, amazing. I am one of the lucky ones who was able to take classes directly from her when she was teaching in LA. I looked forward to the classes I attended and enjoyed everyone of them. The way she starts classes by talking to the students and reminding us how we are all connected to the world, to each other and to our bodies is great, and then the asana part which I just loved. I am a dancer, and to me the way asanas are sequenced is important. I just loved her classes. We are lucky to have her in this podcast, we miss you in LA but at least we can continue listening to your voice... Much love
