The actors reading Mahler’s words, his friends and contemporaries plus the interviews with world renowned musicians, conductors and scholars are simply put, priceless. Highly recommend this podcast and I sincerely hope they will continue with every Symphony, including the 10th but also his Das Klagende Lied, Das Lied von der Erde, Des Knaben Wunderhorn, Rückertlieder, Kindertotenlieder, Lieder eines fahrenden Gesellen…thank you for your hard work and know that it is much appreciated and enjoyed.”
