Think of public health results
Overall, they need to get a handle on public health and the realities of the policies they're trying to put in place *in addition to the emergency treatment*. Episode 74- on opioids- drives that home. Hard. They see black. They see white. Nothing in between. What really shocks me is knowing how smart Reuben Strayer is when it comes to ketamine but has such a huge blind spot when it comes to opiates. So sad. .... One more thing- the weak "crazy" sound effects. They aren't strong enough to have an impression but just kind of a noise.Read full review »

A great set of informative talks on critically important ED topics. Dr Helman does a fantastic job recapping and summarizing the key points of both evidence-based medicine and expert opinion. Very useful discussions that are easy to apply to practice.

The best emergency medicine podcast out there, bar none. I really like the case-based format and real life pearls from the panel of experts chosen for each topic. Keep it up!
