“The materials presented are relevant and to the point. It is a pity that the woman speaking the text has a noticeable speech impediment in the way she pronounces the "s" . She might give students of English the wrong idea about how the "s" is pronounced.
Also the intonation and tempo of her voice starts to grate very quickly.
