Great content!
I listened to several episodes, and my favorite was "The Enneagram and Culture" which was recorded in September 2019. It was recorded during a panel at the International Enneagram Conference. You might recognize Milton Stewart @doitforthegrampodcast as one of the panelists. The episode includes six panelists who share their experience being a person of color in the Enneagram field. They speak about having to legitimize their worth, feelings of loneliness in the work, and their desire for their children to be free and liberated. The panelists discuss the need for people of color to have spaces where they can do the inner work and the need for white people to shift their focus from inner work to outer work. And for white people who are really trying to do good work, one panelist said, "We don't want you to give up your privilege. We want you to leverage your privilege to change the system - to liberate all of us." The Art of Growth offers a variety of experiences to the listener, including interviews, conversations with each other, and panels. The hosts share general wisdom, in addition to wisdom of the Enneagram.Read full review »
