“This is probably one of the best podcasts ive ever listened to! Matt gives so much information and insight on how to expand and grow your real estate investing business. Matt gave a tip in one of his podcasts, stating that the next time you go to a hotel, ask the guest services attendant if "they could do you a favor and upgrade your room because it is a special night for you and your significant other". Well I followed this same exact tip in my stay in NYC and they upgraded my room from a $150 a night room, to a $300+ a night suite on the 25th Floor.
