Best fitness podcast if you want real motivation!
Eric … I just listened to # 268 ! Best one yet ! When you talk about that last 5-10 percent and tightening things up it really spoke to me. I am pretty consistent when in a calorie deficit but during the day … that last 5- 10 percent is the serving of Skinny pop that I just don’t need!!! I loved how you motivate … I hear you in my head all the time and it works! Get back on track is not an excuse and consistency is the key to real progress!!!! I love your podcasts !!!!! You are the best!

I’ve never listened to podcasts before but after following on Instagram I decided to listen. Eric totally gets it!!!! He’s so just on point with his journey and how it actually is. Amazing!!! Reignited my motivation and helped me realise it’s ok to falter but stay consistent……… I’m normal lol

I found Eric through insane I’m so happy I did! He is incredibly knowledgeable on all things fitness, including workouts and nutrition. He has a no nonsense approach to fitness and remains encouragingly kind, but real. So glad I found his podcast, I cant wait to binge it all!
