this has a bigger circulation than most sci-fi magazines (even most you know of)
This is an impressive podcast. The stories are well-written and well-narrated, usually. There is a good mixture of classics and new works, with the scale heavily weighted to the new works. I don't have children, but each episode has a rating and the reason for the rating in the info box, which I would care about if I had children. Occasionally, Stephen Eley goes too much into his personal life, but people tend to complain and he stops for a while. There is a reasonable amount of advertising, but it's almost entirely for Audible and for new sci-fi books; on a related note, there are book downloads approximately every month as part of the promotion of the book. You get the entire book for free. My only sustained complaint about this podcast is that Stephen Eley's voice is somewhat annoying to me.Read full review »
