wanted to love it, but....
This podcast is better then most so I hope that my review is not too harsh. I appreciate that Robin is trying to show that we all go through tough times; sometimes people around us have no idea what we've been through or are going through; and that we are all human. That sentiment is well delivered. Here is the big "however": the Dan Harris and Amy Robach episode was too preachy! The underlying message was "isn't it amazing that we're still sane after all we've been through?" They sounded so arrogant, such know-it-alls. Ugh! In other episodes: I like Tig Notaro and was eager to hear her point-of-view but Robin talked over Tig which I found annoying. I also don't like the music. This podcast can be better given Robin's broadcasting experience and incredible talent. Please fine-tune. Thanks.Read full review »

More reviews of Robin Roberts' Everybody's Got Something
This is empowering without the harshness of you must succeed or you fail self-actualisation. It is interesting to listen to learn that others have failures and the failures become a part of life. No one is perfect. Everybody has got something to tell and it is interesting :)

Robin's just one of those real people, and that's why her guests feel comfortable enough to open up. I love Everybody's Got Something because it allows us to hear from someone who's pushed past the pain, sorrow, hardship—we can learn from that. Thanks, Robin!Read full review »
