“This is a bummer but it must be addressed, Lacy\F&N are toxic white privilege. Lacy plays a conniving game where she publicly promotes (and sells a manifestation series titled Unblocked) and yet blocks and removes anyone from the FB group who asks/comments on/utters a thought about how her principals can relate/apply to folks from different experiences. Not only does she not own her social ignorance and white privilege but rather makes light of it and seems ardently opposed to address intersectional issues related to social injustices - which is pivotal for integrating shadow work and living ones most authentic/magnetic self. She vocalizes her commitment to creating a safe place for folks of all backgrounds but censors (removes comments/edits other people’s comments, deletes threads, and blocks) anyone with a different point of view.
One of many examples of this can be seen in the first podcast episode where she dropped the “R” word - you wouldn’t know it unless you heard it the day it dropped because after it was brought up in the FB group, the clip was cut and re-uploaded. Talk about “owning your shadow” - what a terrific ambassador and example of someone upholding the principals she sells.
She and her brand are the epitome of internalized misogyny - she makes a profit peddling the same lies Hollywood and the media do, that we need their products to be decent, accepted, civil human beings in this society. She’s no different than Secret selling deodorant saying we need it because our bodies have an odor or Venus selling us razors because we’re gross if we don’t shave our legs.
I can’t promote this person or brand in good conscious and would tell anyone listening to save your money. If you like her teachings, which I did until my eyes were peeled back to who she actually is vs the image she sells, then buy “The Dark Side of the Light Chasers” by Debbie Ford. Not only has Lacy referenced this book as one of her inspo’s but the principals, almost verbatim, detailed in the book reflect those that Lacy preaches ... and it’s only $14 on Amazon.”
