Extreme Productivity
Who would have thought that getting rid of to do lists and actually scheduling tasks in your calendar would provide such a release of stress. I actually feel like I have wrestled control back from out of control lists and now have a mechanism to help me prioritise work. If someone needs something doing, it goes to the back of the queue or something else must be moved back. Simple yet effective. This coupled with the "there is always more to do" means that you don't wear yourself out and the stop procrastination techniques give you methods to increase your productivity. I didn’t know there were procrastination personalities until I listened to Kevin. Even though you might cringe when you recognise yourself, it’s a great place to start if you want to be on your way to extreme productivity.
