“I also have a narc ex husband and a lot of Ben’s behaviours ring true for me. The early episodes have mediocre audio quality, which they do sort out better in the later episodes. Often one is deafening and they can sometimes shout over one another when they’re amped up.
Generally it’s a pretty enjoyable series and I like the newer eps with other stories from listeners.
I could do without the OTT sound effects such as the ticking clock / alarms etc. I think they got rid of the gunshot effect as it triggered people.”
