Cathartic, edifying & entertaining.
Certain media hits this spot where it seems like my father is sitting right next to me nodding or laughing or expressing exasperation by dramatics. David Duchovneys’ podcast is so deeply entertaining- past humor and before tears, take a left before tripping out, drive past self-absorption; until you get to self awareness. My father died of “shame” to put it simply. This means a-lot to me. Thank you.

I love David Duchovnys podcast. It’s the only one I listen to. Unless he’s a guest a someone else’s podcast then I listen to that one too ❤️
