Listen now
Description
We conclude season 4 of the podcast with the second and final part of the review on 'My Food Is African: Healthy Soil, Safe Foods And Diverse Diets' a new book in the Barefoot guide Agroecology series; produced by The Alliance for Food Sovereignty in Africa (AFSA) as a part of their campaign named MY FOOD IS AFRICAN. We focus on the diet aspects of African societies in the past and compare that to what is currently happening. I hope this episode inspires us to embrace and incorporate our indigenous knowledge on food to solve issues of food and nutrition insecurity .
