Really enjoy the camaraderie!
It's really nice to tune in to hear you guys encourage and spur each other on to fitness and health. I wanted to make sure I signed in before it was too late to receive a signed photo of you guys. I'm looking forward to the next podcast. My fitness journey is the age-old story of trying to lose the pounds after the birth of my second child - he's now 11, and I'm now 43 and still working on it! I'm currently at 175, but over the years, I've ranged from 165 to 195 - I'm 5.5 ft tall. I walk for about 3 miles each morning, and I going to go back to strength training (push-ups, situps, weights - all in my home) more frequently, 3 times a week - I need more muscle to turn me into a fat-burning machine! Well, keep up the good work - and hope to hear from you guys on a weekly basis. God bless, Tracey PS, I'm glad you keep it clean, because I often listen to you on rides in the car, and the kids are listening. (My 11 year old son that I mentioned earlier also loves minecraft!)Read full review »

Thanks Carol for the post cast. It's great to hear that I'm not the only one that gets the eye rolls when I talk about juicing. I look forward to this journey with everyone. Keep up the great work of pod casting.Read full review »

A great podcast that is down to earth and real. No super fit perfect person pumping us full of useless crap. Carol and friends tell us to keep trying and find what works for you but the power is in and on YOU. Don't stop Carol!Read full review »
