“After listening to these podcasts for the last 3-4 years, I just could NOT resist by writing my 2nd review for Abel James "Fat Burning Man" podcasts- and for ALL of the generous work Abel is doing out there in the world to help others with gaining a healthier sustainable body & lifestyle through REAL foods and REAL human movement. I just love his kind and genuine approach as he interviews his guests. He does not boast in HIS knowledge or opinions, but let's his healthy example be his testimony. He accepts and encourages people for where they are at in life- taking the "life is a journey" approach, as we are all a work in progress. His transparency leads others to open their minds to a more healthy way of living. Thank YOU Abel and Alyson for being you, for being those beautiful souls reaching out to others so that they can have the BEST quality of life they possibly can. There is this lyric from a song I recently heard that keeps singing in my head, "Y'know we can't stay young forever but we can stay young for the rest of our days" ~The Sunshine Song, The Candle Thieves.
Or as I like to say "I'm not aiming to live forever, but as long as I'm here on this beautiful earth, I want to feel great all of my days." LOVE YOU GUYS!!
