Thank you!
I stumbled across this podcast on a sleepless night on my 38th week of pregnancy trying to settle my mind from all the expectations and advice from well meaning friends and family, from all the medical model views and stories of early induction and scheduled c sections, and my anxiety around the days leading up to the birth of my first child. This podcast has helped change my entire attitude towards childbirth and feel safe in the knowledge that my baby will come when she's ready, my body has the ability to do exactly what it needs to do, and child birth is not something to ponder what may or may not go wrong. I am now at 39w4d and am finally able to relax into these last days/weeks of solitude feeling well informed and supported...plus able to sleep well after listening! Thank you so much, I have recommend you to all my pregnant friends and only wish I had found you earlier in my pregnancy!Read full review »

This podcast really helped to prepare me for birth. Before listening I was scared, but I feel like it helped me adopt a much more positive attitude. In the end I didn’t need any drugs or even gas and air when I had my baby and it was a very positive experience!
