“I read the fear free birthing book and was a bit disappointed with it. Some parts helpful but mostly self promotion with links to paid resources on the website.
I didn't think I really took away anything valuable. I don't really have a deep great of birth so that's probably why it wasn't really for me.
I thought I'd give the podcast a go but all I could hear was saying how hypnobirthing didn't work and more self promoting for the next ten minutes. When all I wanted to hear was someone's positive birth story. Just took too long to get to the birth story.”Read full review »
