“Started following martenson and others like him 2 years ago. Answers questions like 1) why did my 401k max out in 2006, 2) why did it keep on falling in spite of adding to it, 3) why is the posted unemployment 8.5% yet I know more unemployed adults in the last 12 months than I have in the past 35 years, 4) and why is the BLS inflation 2% when it really seems much higher. We have made adjustments in our lives based on information like this and have benefitted because of it. Things seem to make much more sense when you have the "correct" information.
