You have been with me through some of my darkest days, including rn. I lost my job through self sabotage (again) I have BPD, depression and anxiety, I’ve grown up with my narcissistic mother and brothers abuse and have PTSD from my abusive ex husbands gaslighting…Life hasn’t been easy and I’m far...Read full review »

Kye has such a gift for connecting in a way that feels so gentle, consensual, authentic, and relatable. Their understanding of emotions/emotional processing is incredible, something that is so rarely talked about or understood in our culture but so key to connection with self and others. This is the first podcast that I had ever listened to and I fell in love! I’ve almost listened to every episode & there’s good, there’s bad, there’s ugly, there’s crying, there’s laughing, & it feels so calming to listen to Kye’s voice. It makes me feel less alone even though that sounds...Read full review »

I’ve only recently discovered this podcast through Listening to the You me empathy podcast. I’ve only listened to a couple of episodes, but Kye seems pretty cool. It’s nice to find my tribe of sensitive dudes.

When I listen to this I feel like I’m hearing people that I’m yet to meet and have met before. It helps me to go through situations I have been in and how I could have been better about it and how I can go on trying my hardest to go through interactions with people. I’m very very very thankful...Read full review »

I thought I would enjoy this podcast because I wanted to hear from people about their mental health struggles. But it’s clearly a vanity project for the host to talk to his friends. Episodes are labeled “anorexia” then spend no time discussing eating disorders!
