Saying how I feel.
It’s absolutely amazing, I feel he doesn’t give himself enough credit. This podcast makes me feel less alone? Not in general... mentally. It helps me realise that others are feeling this way, the laughing and joking about it makes me realise I need to stop taking my life so seriously and my mental illness so seriously! It’s truly an amazing podcast, I’ve suggested my family members / friends to listen to this suffering from mental health or not. It will help others understand. I was walking down the street and found myself laughing at this podcast, someone who is socially anxious... I felt like they were with me... people looked at me for laughing and I wasn’t embarrassed. Truly amazing. Well done

Love Kye Plant so much. I even enjoy the weird intros and outros where Kye is manic or depressed because it is so relatable. love how the guests are just real and unfiltered. And this podcast helps me realize that I’m not alone in the world. I love how Kye’s friends with so many mentally ill people
