I’ve read every book written by David and I’ve lived my life the last two years practicing the methods and understanding the thinking behind our minds and trying to better my relationships. Since he has a limited amount of books I kept reading the book over and over again until I found this podcast which is full of new and CURRENT material! Gosh was I so worried that feeling good and intimate connections were released so long ago, these methods probably aren’t good now a days. (With my anxiety I worry about the most confusing things ever), at any rate to hear that this methods are still valid and David still explains not only his traditional methods but new additions of examples and studies that keep you going on the journey of his knowledge. The interaction between Fabrice and David are what make it such an interesting and fun podcast that teaches so much yet has you feel good and share laughs together even though they are just an audio podcast on my phone. Whether you are a therapist yourself, deal with people on a daily basis (like me), have trouble in your life with depression, or have always wondered how to help someone, each and every podcast has something not only for you to learn but to make apart of your daily life in having a better understand of what makes a human, human. Whether you read this or David, Thank you for everything you have shared, you have transformed my life in many ways unimaginable and though I still struggle with relapses, your methods do their job every time. You are a man of integrity who didn’t have to invent some crazy gadget or be a crazy rich man with all these cars and women to be seen as great. All you did was share your knowledge and helped people have a reason to stay alive, and that’s greater than any other achievement out there in my honest opinion. Thank you Fabrice for these awesome podcasts and always know these podcasts are changing someone’s life and may even be keeping them alive.

Heard this today during the peak of New Years Eve - alone. Not depressed when I started, but at least elevated by listening to these two brilliant therapists answering relevant questions from peoples real-life-questions on recovery and illness.
