Excellent resource
This is an opportunity to hear the thinking and ideas of David Burns, a very intelligent and warm psychiatrist who has come up with pragmatic ways to change the way one feels by unraveling erroneous thinking patterns. He has done great good to mankind by dedicating his life to this discipline and innovating on cognitive therapy techniques. His ideas are not the solution to all mental problems, and sometimes may seem gimmicky. But keep listening, there is great depth and substance to Dr. Burns propositions, who have helped thousands, and doubtless saved many from years of terrible misery and suffering. A lovely man, whom I wish I could meet one day.

Dr. Burns is a national treasure. His many years of generous teaching, writing and exemplifying in his own life the principals of living happily, productively and in warm relationship to others is the best antidote I know to the widespread unhappines and pessimism of our time.
