Kinda reductive?
Nothing against these women, but their podcast is kinda reductive, it’s like how Pod Save America is with politics. Carolyn and Anita especially have a hard time viewing different mediums outside of their own narrow mindsets. While I do enjoy a lot of the discussion, their two viewpoints are why I forget to tune into this show. Ebony is the only person who seems to have any nuance, especially when the subject of discussion involves POC. I think she tends to have the most thoughtful examination of subjects and I always enjoy hearing what she has to say. I myself am a feminist, and no I don’t think these women hate men or anything, but sometimes I just think tear things down because they don’t understand it because frankly it wasn’t made for them. If they started understanding and approaching subjects through different lenses I think it would help.

More reviews of Feminist Frequency Radio
Both hilarious and insightful, Feminist Frequency Radio makes me question the pop culture we so often mindlessly consume, all the while throwing in some belly laughs along them way. Also, Caroline definitely needs her own film podcast/ channel!
