Super informative, fact-based, and soothing
I just discovered the podcast today and I am already on the 6th episode! Being very sensitive to voices, Stefanie has such a pleasant and natural delivery & tone. I tend to find some podcast difficult to listen to, even though I love the content, because the hosts have phony or affected tone. I find Stefanie to have the ideal cheerful but calming voice that makes everything she discuss so much more easy to understand and to remember. The content is spot on and extremely useful. I enjoy that it seems very fact/science-based and not anecdotal or too alternative, as well as being very concise. Not being vegetarian/vegan, I appreciate that she doesn’t spend too much time on alternate options but rather respectfully suggests looking up vegetarian option for specific nutrients she is addressing. Question: How can we support the podcast - I didn’t hear about any sponsors ? Mimi from Canada

Love the snack sized podcasts full of really helpful information. I’ve already got so much from just a few episodes. The miscarriage and nutrition podcast was beautifully and respectfully done.

Steph’s podcast is great! As someone in the early stages of beginning to think about pregnancy, this education has been invaluable. I’ve learned so much about fertility, and it’s given me a solid starting point for when the time is right.
