“Like an earlier reviewer I have been listening to FSN since '02. I would download them and play them on my laptop sitting on the front passenger seat of my car during my commute to/from work through the week. By the end of the week I couldn't wait for the new shows Saturday morning.
My neighbors and I started our own front driveway roundtable to discuss the show and develop investment strategies.
I have to credit Jim & John for helping me to develop most of my investment axioms. The strength of Jim's interviewing style is massive and he consistently provides equal time to both proponents and opponents on all subject matters be it peak oil, gold, or inflation vs deflation debates, to name just a few. He is amazingly well read (over 100 books in 2010) and knowledgable.
John L. provides a counterpoint/devils advocate role with a large amount of substance not fluff. He comes up with ideas and points that I as a listener often would think of, and I find myself often shouting "Yes!" at thin air.
I can't thank these fellows enough. This is the real goods!
