After a holiday do you feel like you need to decompress a little bit? Many times holidays bring great meals and family time and memories and laughs and other times they bring stress and awkward moments or just times where we feel busy or tired.   Take a 15 minute walk with me today!  I was guided by my workout program to do this yesterday after the July 4th holiday and I LOVED IT!   So I made one for you! Enjoy!   A meditation is simply a practice where we focus our mind on a particular object, thought or activity.  I love guided meditations so I get a break from thinking and someone else tells my thoughts what to focus on.  It's very relaxing!  I hope this one brings you a fresh perspective today and a deep breath after the holiday you just experienced.
