All Coaches and Parents Need to Listen
I've followed Michael Gervais through the Win Forever program for a few years now and have always tried to read his articles and watch and interviews that pop up. I was excited to learn about him developing these podcasts to share more of what he and others are doing when it comes to mastery. I've listened to every one and am finally finding a moment to write a review. My words may not do it justice however! As a coach, Michael's podcasts delve deep into the idea of mastery and what it takes to find your "best self". The interviews with each of these amazing people are like individual sessions that allow us the listeners to be a fly on the wall in some amazingly deep and thought-provoking conversations. The ideas that I can use to apply as a coach of young men are too numerous to count. I know I can find at least one thing out of every podcast that I can immediately use. As a parent it's amazing to see the different backgrounds and ways in which these top performers and thinkers find mastery. I think one of the greatest gifts is that all of their paths are different, but yet lead them to become the best in their field. It has given me tools to help my children, such as teaching them the lesson of grit, positive self-talk, visualization and even breathing. So deep and thought provoking every time! If you have any inclination to better yourself or those around you start listening.Read full review »

I am enjoying these podcast. He has a way of exploring the deeper richer aspect of his guest. @richroll podcast was a great example. It was one of the best interviews with Rich I have heard. Keep using your gift to draw out the uniqueness of people.

Every week I am elated when I see I have a new Finding Mastery podcast. Initially I was skeptical and thought "what could I learn from a violinist, or a dancer? I don't do either of those things." However every single person's unique story is a phenomenal listen as well as...Read full review »
