“Honestly really enjoy listening, and enjoy 99% of the content.
there are though a few smaller growth areas (for me):
- you often miss the view from the traditional banks / institutions which isn’t bad but sometimes I feel that your guests miss some of the bigger picture things that they are doing. Example being monzo is all great (I am a customer of theirs) but second party fraud is likely going to hammer them in the coming years as we know that these issues peak 3 years after account opening.
- would love to see more forward thinking. An example being ESG investing and how this change in customers wants from their investments will impact the uk market. Will companies shift, will customers expect a bespoke fund or it to be across all funds. How will investment companies react.
Hope this is helpful. Genuinely enjoy this podcast just wanted to add my 10 pence and try to help improve it.
Overall though think this podcast is one of the best”
