Great episode: our blind spots and coaching help
Very interesting episode ! I also feel myself that I need more feedback from the people I work with, and I thank when I get some. It is so important to get awareness of the blind spots. So many times you think you are doing very well, that you are connecting to people..., and then you get surprisses... transparency and close relationship with your team is essential. But even then it is difficult fot me to get to the next level of confidence and trust.

As you correctly stated, the pandemic has exacerbated all of our emotional weaknesses. You cover teachers’ role nicely. Please present ideas on including parents in the SEL program. Many of them would get an F even in normal times.

I like the show especially for its leightweight production enabling me as a listener to self-reflect my behavioral patterns along the go. The impulses given have been so practical so far, that it was easy to find similarities among my own day-to-day life. Thank you for producing this podcast!
