“I’m a 24-year-old man aspiring to become a high-value individual.
I started listening to this podcast about 2-3 months ago. I've followed Mike since he began his travel vlogs, though I've been on and off. When he brought on Iman Gadzhi, that’s when I first learned he had a podcast. Mike transformed from a fitness guy to someone who talks with experienced individuals from various successful fields, learning from them to better himself and those he interviews. This also helps viewers like me.
I've always aimed to be rich, thinking money would make me happy. I was partly right; money does bring happiness but not true fulfillment. It provides security, which is a form of happiness. However, true happiness also comes from who you are and what you offer to the world. Taking care of others and leaving a legacy of positive impact is crucial.
I think this podcast is fantastic. The way Mike talks to professionals who have been successful and shares their insights is amazing. I've listened to nearly all the episodes, and they resonate with who I want to be. One of my favorite episodes is with Iman Gadzhi. I’ve followed him for a while and recently bought his Agency Accelerator course to create and run an agency successfully. This isn't my ultimate goal; it’s a way to generate money so I can pursue what I truly enjoy.
Currently, I’m studying product design engineering at university, though I have some regrets. I wish I had ventured out on my own. I've been involved in engineering for about 7 years, so I know a lot but still have much to learn. Mike’s podcast has been incredibly helpful, teaching me something new with each episode, even the ones I initially thought wouldn’t be relevant.
I believe this is what young people should be learning, not just maths and science. I don't like using the term "entrepreneur" because it’s too vague, like saying someone is an engineer. I prefer to define people by exactly what they do, which highlights their purpose and grabs attention.
I aspire to learn from multiple people to shape who I am. Meeting Mike one day to share this with him or even getting interviewed by him would be incredible. I think it would make for an interesting podcast, showing the life of one of his listeners and how he has helped. I could also suggest areas for improvement, as learning from negatives is crucial—positives only inflate egos, but negatives shape who you are.
I suggest that Mike consider being interviewed on his own podcast and also answer questions from the podcast community to keep engagement high. He could offload those questions to relevant guests or even respond via direct messages to see what they say about the topics.
I love this podcast. Keep up the episodes, take mental notes from each one, and you’ll find yourself in a better place than before.
Feel free to ask my any questions… I’d love to learn from you and for you to learn from me.
Thank you,
Jack Ridings

“It so funny seeing all these influencers who started a podcast because it was the trendy thing to do, now failing because they have discovered it takes actual work.”
