“This podcast has made me realise that I had an unhealthy relationship with diets and exercise. My mindset has completely changed. I now eat what I want (in moderation! 😉), feel good about myself and try to fit my exercise around me. I’m a healthy happy size 12-14 and I’m only going to get happier.
I’ve repeated episodes when I’m feeling like I’m having a bad day and it just switches me back into the right mindset of ‘that’s ok! It’s one meal/day and that’s a drop in the ocean of my life’
